I've designed my booking and cancellation policies to be as flexible as possible. Please take a moment to review the details below for further information.

 

Booking Policy

 

A £75.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking for the Tarot weekend. The balance of £110.00 is due by 28 September 2024. The balance (if already paid) is refundable if you give more than 48 hours notice to cancel your attendance. Please see my cancellation policy below.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

More than 48 hours notice given

 

Life sometimes gets in the way, so if you can no longer attend the weekend due to circumstances beyond your control, there are various options available as long as a minimum of 48 hours is provided:

 

• I can offer alternative dates that may be more suited to you. These can be at my home in Honiton, East Devon, or via Zoom. This way, you do not lose your deposit and still receive your training.

 

• Alternatively, I can arrange a refund of monies paid less the non-refundable deposit of £75.00.

Unfortunately, due to the limited space available, I am unable to offer refunds. However, do contact me to discuss further if you wish to still receive your training, and I will try and be as helpful as possible and see what I can do.

 

Postponement by me!

 

I aim to provide you with a positive training experience and am committed to making that happen. Of course, life can get in my way as well! So, it goes without saying that if I need to postpone/cancel the event, I will refund all monies paid (including your deposit) if you would prefer not to reschedule.
