If you would like to share your comments of your experiences with me, as either a teacher or a reader/Reiki healer it would be lovely to hear from you.

The feedback form is at the bottom of this page. You don't need to enter your 'full' name in the name section, but it would be ideal if you could add in the town/city you are based in (i.e. Barbara - Honiton) as it's always interesting to see where people are contacting me from or where they met me.

Barbara was clear and patient during the level 1 and 2 tarot course. Barbara covered a lot of ground during the course including the history of tarot, the practical considerations (storage, cleansing etc), tarot structure and obviously the meaning of the cards (traditional and more intuitive). She made adjustments for my special educational needs, which made a difference between my being able to do the course and not. I can't wait now to get on and practice tarot reading!

I’ve just completed my intermediate tarot with Barbara. It ended up being a ‘one to one’, so there was plenty of time for questions and practice (and a few giggles). I now feel far more confident in my readings and have accepted ‘my style’ of readings is OK! I’m so looking forward to offering readings and then going on to the advanced and diploma courses. I would not hesitate in recommending Barbara, she has a wealth of experience to offer alongside her teaching.

It was lovely to spend a day with Barbara on her Introduction to Mediumship course. Her teaching style and delivery of info and guided meditations is very friendly and encouraging. Asking questions was welcomed as she skillfully progressed through the course material. I would thoroughly recommend Barbara as a teacher if you have an interest in developing your psychic skills. I have recently completed Reiki Masters with Barbara having competed Reiki I and II in previous years. I have loved every workshop and looked forward to each. Barbara is extremely welcoming & made me feel at ease and brings enthusiasm and amazing insights. I will be completing other workshops with Barbara in the near future as I have enjoyed these so much. I spent Saturday the 18th November with Barbara completing level 2 Reiki. I instantly felt welcome on entering Barbara’s home, the teaching was informal and patient as my knowledge in some areas was a little rusty. Thank you so very much Barbara

Just spent a fantastic training day with Barbara. She’s very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease as l am relatively new to this. The training day was set at a comfortable pace with plenty of breaks. We even had time for lunch together at a local restaurant. Learnt so much and would definitely recommend spending time with Barbara. A very enjoyable day.

As well as being a real expert in this field, Barbara is able to teach it in a very effective way. This is not often a combination that you find in a teacher. The workshop was really great fun and Barbara’s teaching style really enables you to start working with the cards very quickly. I was not expecting to be able to do this and this is a testament to her skills.

I recently completed my Reiki Practitioner level with Barbara and can highly recommend her Reiki courses. She was recommended to me by someone else who had trained with her, and I'm so glad I took their advice. A few years ago, I did Level 1 and 2 elsewhere, but both levels were done in one day, and I came out not knowing a thing so I never took it any further as I had no confidence whatsoever. Thanks to Barbara I do now. I'm looking at doing her Tarot Course next year and can't wait.

I had a rough idea of some of the cards when I came to you, and now I feel more or less confident that I have a hold on most of them and that you've taught me to look for where I'm drawn to in the cards.

I have a new found love for them!

Hi Barbara, I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed yesterday's Spell Jar workshop. My beautiful spell jar is now pride of place on my bookcase so I can see it everyday. I found the whole workshop enlightening, entertaining, but most of all, I was so impressed with your explanation of the reasons behind certain things (such as the harm to no one and the difference between spell jars and witches bottles... I LOVE history) and how we can find what is important at this time. It was much much more than I expected and I now feel confident in making my own, especially with the booklet you gave us all with all the advice in it. Wonderful day! Thank you. x

I did Barbara’s introduction to mediumship workshop on Saturday . Really enjoyed it . Very informative. Got so much from the day and worked with a great group of ladies .

I thoroughly enjoyed Barbara’s 1-to-1 mediumship course and highly recommend it to anyone wondering if they should do it. The format is a good mixture of theory, specific guided meditations (Barbara’s own) and practice.

It is well formulated to build your confidence and knowledge. I cannot stress enough what a great confidence builder the course is. Barbara is very personable and caring which makes it even more so special.

Barbara has a wealth of knowledge and experience and has do much passion, for teaching. I shall be back for another course soon.

Just passed my Reiki II.

I’ve done a few of Barbara’s workshops, each one I have been impressed with Barbara’s style of teaching and her expertise, plus she’s expert at unlocking hidden skills, there was so much I just didn’t realise I could do. I’m still a little bit in disbelief at what I can do, I’ve surprised myself every time. We’ve had lots of fun along the way too.

The day just couldn't have been more perfect. Fun, relaxed, set at the right pitch for me and no question to silly that I felt I couldn't explore it, whilst being fully supported. I learnt so many new things, ideas shared and welcomed and I've also not only come away with my masters under my belt, but direction and focused on this new and exciting chapter in my life. Barbara is full of fun, enthusiasm and passion for what she does, it really does shine out like a beacon. Sorry for the pun!!

I've only ever had a Reiki treatment in a salon, but with COVID around I was a bit wary. So I did a search and found this lovely lady who did some Distance Reiki for me. Totally recommend her. I've no idea how it works - but it did. Totally relaxing, and I could feel where she was working. We compared notes at the end and she was spot on. Looking forward to my next one. Thank you Barbara

I am absolutely loving Reiki I.

I'm pretty much managing to do self Reiki every day. I started off trying to do 2 1/2 mins each hand placement but found that I wanted to do it before going to work so settled on a minute. Whether that's enough or not I don't know but what I do know is that my whole self is so much calmer and I'm taking work in my stride and not worrying about it or taking comments personally. I repeat the Just for today every morning and quite often in stationary traffic. All is good.

I started to journal daily although that has slackened unless I'm giving Reiki to family or friends.

Several weird things were happening. For a whole week I was waking up at dead on 5:07am. It started the day after I came to you. It wasn't to do with my cats on the bed as it continued when we went away and stayed at inlaws in W Sussex! I had strong dreams, early on I had incredibly heightened taste for one day...food was incredible. I can't remember what else without looking at my journal. By week two all this had settled.

The following Saturday I stayed with 2 of my girlfriends and took my new massage table. Kinda nervous I gave them each Reiki. We were all blown away. Best friend had a headache but didn't tell me. When I did her eyes and ears she said my hands felt like ice cubes and was so soothing, to me my hands were red hot. Her headache disappered. My other friend was sceptical and didn't know what Reiki was. Well now! Her aura was completely neutral but when I came to her crown when she was facing down I just didn't want to take my hands away. It was mesmerising and was like my hands had disappeared and I didn't know where my hands finished and she began. I literally had to pull my hands away! At the end she said she felt like she was floating and then when I got to her feet she said she felt like something weird happened like energy was flowing from her head to her feet. She also said when I'd finished she didn't know what I was doing but she just felt tingly running from her head eventually down to her feet. That was when I was smoothing her aura! (I got rid of her hangover the next morning by just doing the hand placements around her head to throat).

I've managed 7 different friends so far, 2 male. I've had one snoring on me and everyone saying they feel totally relaxed.

I've now had 3 different people seeing colours. When I casually asked if they remember what colours and where, the colours have matched the chakra colours and positions, I kid you not!

My last friend felt relaxed and I felt again like I couldn't let go of her head. I seem really drawn to heads. Now with this Reiki session I seemed to relax down a little more, I guess just getting used to it. So I gently thought about the chakra colours and asked my Reiki guardians to help bring her chakras into balance if they need it. I also relaxed my breathing regularly and when I reached her heart as i did my out breath my hands heated, like a pulsation of heat, in time with my breath. I thought I was imagining it but it repeated at each placement.

When I reached her feet I asked for her to be grounded if that's what she needed. She told me that she saw colours and had really tingly feet and felt grounded (not a word she would use) and the tingle ran up to her knees. She's coming back this Tuesday.

So with each session. As they are coming out of relaxation I write up some notes. I then gently ask them to give me feedback and tell me what if anything they remember. Once they tell me I let them know what I felt in comparison. Don't worry I'm not diagnosing or telling them anything I feel, I just compare hots with colds and give general notes.

So I am having a truly wonderful experience and loving every moment. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy giving Reiki to others and I just live having Reiki personally in my life.

I can't get to 28th August quick enough to do my Reiki II. This is a wonderful journey.

So now you know and understand why it's taken a while to reply!

Just finished Barbara’s psychic course. Wowzer. Didn’t expect all that info. What a funny, supportive, educational lady. Did it all by zoom and she sent me something like 150+ page of backup info to go along with it. I’ve done a lot of workshops but this has been one, if not the, best. Reckon Tarot will be the next. Thanks Barbs.

I've just done my Reiki I with Barbara and I'm so pleased I did. I've done it before with a lady near where I used to live, but couldn't get my head around it. Barbara sorted that out and really explained things properly ! I totally get it now! Can't wait to do Reiki 2. As Barbara says 'Reiki On'. SB

Barbara is a great teacher and has an easy way to bring more complex subjects across. Its easy to learn in a fun filled, relaxed atmosphere and I can really recommend all of her workshops. In fact, I wish there were more! Xxx

I have just had my first Mind Mapping consultation this morning and wowzer - what an experience. Barbara explained everything really well as I didn’t know what to expect and it really brought up some interesting things that were holding me back. Love the pink flypaper (you won’t understand that unless you’ve had a session with her !) . All carried out with thoughtfulness and gentleness and explanations all the way through. I’ve already booked my next session. Thank you Barbara. See you next month.

Wow. I’ve just done the Tarot for Beginners workshop with a lovely group of people in Honiton. Barbara is a wonderful, informative teacher and is passionate about her craft. Patient and happy to answer questions while encouraging the group to think about what the different cards mean to them. Looking forward to the Intermediates workshop.

Barbara has been teaching me Psychic skills since lockdown - wasn’t sure how it could work using Zoom - but it’s does! I’ve learnt so much and it’s really opened up future interests for me. I live over 200 miles from Honiton so I’ve never been able to come to her psychic groups as it’s too far, but now I don’t think I’ve lost out at all. If you want to learn about psychic things I highly recommend her. J ❤️

Dear Barbara Thank you for my tarot course on Saturday 16th Nov 2019 which was my intermediate course with you. It was another really good day. It was very Informative and very well explained so I am now going to have a look at the tarot’s more often so I will have a better idea of learning more meanings and also as you said( say what you see ) no matter how odd it is what you see. Another fantastic tarot workshop with some really lovely people. Barbara is a great teacher. There are always lots of laughs and plenty of chocolate biscuits. Doesn't matter if you are complete beginner or more experienced reader there is always something new to learn from Barbara.

I attended Barbara’s beginner and intermediate tarot workshops and feel so much more confident in my tarot reading. Barbara’s obvious love for tarot is so inspiring and she really knows her stuff. She teaches both the traditional meanings of the cards and also how to tap into your intuition and simply read the card according to what you see and feel. She explains things really well and takes time to work with each person in the group to make sure that you have a good understanding at every step of the way. If you want to learn tarot, whether you are a complete beginner or have a little knowledge of the cards already, I can definitely recommend Barbara’s tarot workshops.

100% recommend for any one with a thirst to learn tarot, to attend Barbara’s workshops. You can walk in without any knowledge just a real interest, Barbara really strips tarot back to the roots in her teaching explains history to myths. And no question you have to ask is silly trust me i asked loads and was given a clear understanding to any confusion I had. You learn the significance and symbolism of each card whilst having a extremely nurturing mentor at your side building your self confidence to believe and trust in your own intuition. The group setting is perfect, learning with like minded people and plenty of laughter. Xxx
